Wellness management

This offers a dynamic way to measure and map wellness and identifies how performance, health and stress issues can be managed together.

This online survey is a diagnostic tool, providing you with a confidential way to assess and review your work culture and engage everyone in the process.

Everyone's views are captured using 84 well-researched attitude statements about ‘how we work around here’.  This is reported as an anonymous confidential group view of the current workplace culture and displayed in an-easy-to-read Wellness Map, a circular diagrammatic display with 12 Key Behaviour Indicators.

This report comes with a comprehensive list of 'next steps' suggestions for ways to engage your employees into healthy performance.

From a minimum of 10 – 100,000 employees can complete the survey.

The questions have been researched and benchmarked across public and private sector communities.

The survey can be collated, tailored and profiled for age, gender, location, level and length of service, as required and used as an audit tool every year to measure increased wellness.

Benefits are clarity, contribution and commitment from everyone as to how to build a healthy culture
